We built a studio that offers the best quality you can get for the lowest cost around. You can come to us with all your recording needs. And don’t waste your time looking for “hidden” charges. Everything is listed below and you will NEVER be blindsided with additional costs at Clear Gravy!

*Your studio costs will never exceed the maximum per hour charge and are often 10% to 20% less!

**If you're a student, elementary, secondary, college... Doesn't matter, just be a student and be able to prove it, you are entitled to a 30% discount on any of these services. Local resident, (Frederick, Firestone, Dacono,) local business discount is 20%. Members of the Colorado Blues Society get a 15% discount!

WHY ARE THESE PRICES SO LOW?

It's not that we didn't spend a lot of money to build and equip the studio, or that we don't yet know what we're doing! (There's over 60 years of recording experience currently on staff!) The truth of the matter is that we don’t have a ton of overhead here. We own the studio lock, stock and barrel and every piece of gear is fully paid for. In fact, over 80% of our budget is applied to buying new gear and improving the studio. What you pay towards a project is typically put back into the studio to keep improving what we have.

In effect, YOU are building the studio and making it better every day and because YOU are building the studio, YOU should reap the benefits. Sure, we could charge you a lot more, but what you’ll get won’t be any better, it’ll just cost you more! We’re not so full of ourselves to think that we can get away with charging you outrageous prices for a service which others also provide. Competition is the key here and we want your business more than we want to overcharge you!
