TAXI: The Independent A&R Vehicle connecting unsigned artists, bands and songwriters with major record labels, publishers, and film & TV music supervisors.

American Musical Supply:  I personally like these guys.  I buy from a number of sources, but I've found them to be reliable, helpful and they provide more options for paying, or stretching out your payments, than anyone else.  Order by phone or on the web.  Same great service both ways.

CDman Disc Inc. provides CD-ROM, CD-Audio, CD-R and DVD manufacturing services to independent audio and business professionals. ISO9002 certified, fast, friendly service since 1991.

Musician's Friend:  Almost the same stuff as American Musical Supply.  Just another option.

Zzounds:  They used to have some really different stuff that you couldn't find anywhere else.  Bagpipes...  Crystal Flutes...  Lots of ethnic instruments...  I bought a 12 string guitar/banjo from these guys a few years ago.  They seem to have gone the way of American Musical and Musician's Friend, but still worth a look.

Sweetwater:  Higher end stuff.  Great prices.  Easy to deal with on the web and more personal service than the other guys.

Prosound Stage & Lighting:  Lots of DJ stuff and lighting, lazers and more.  Also a decent selection of PA gear.
